1. Enrollment and Free Trial

Al-Furqan Online Academy offers a free trial class for new students to evaluate our teaching methodology. Taking a trial class does not obligate you to enroll in a paid plan. Once you are satisfied, you can choose a suitable pricing plan and officially enroll.

2. Fee Payments & Billing

• Monthly fees are collected in advance at the start of every billing cycle.
• Fees can be paid via secure online payment links provided by our administration.
• In case of financial hardship or multiple siblings, parents may contact administration for special discounts.

3. Attendance & Makeup Classes

Consistency is key to learning the Quran. Therefore, we have strict policies regarding attendance:

• If a student needs to cancel a class, they must inform the tutor or administration at least 6 hours in advance. In this case, a makeup class will be arranged.
• If a student misses a class without prior notice, it will be marked as absent, and no makeup class will be provided.
• If a tutor is absent or unable to take the class due to an emergency, the academy will provide a substitute tutor or arrange a makeup class at your convenience.

4. Code of Conduct

Students and parents are expected to maintain a respectful and polite tone with the tutors. Our tutors are scholars and graduates from Jamia Darul Uloom, and utmost respect for the teachers of the Quran is mandatory. The academy reserves the right to cancel the admission of any student found violating the basic Islamic code of conduct.

5. Public Holidays

Classes will remain off during both Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha. These are paid holidays and no makeup classes will be conducted for the Eid holidays.
